Es gibt einen Überfütterungsschutz; Sie erhalten außerdem eine E-Mail-Nachricht, wenn die Futtermenge im Tank aufgebraucht ist.
Darüber hinaus ist auch eine Synchronisierung mit anderen Geräten unserer WLAN-Familie möglich. Beispielsweise werden Sie in Verbindung mit dem EHEIM thermocontrol+e Aquarienheizer vor der Fütterung Ihrer Fische per E-Mail benachrichtigt, wenn die Wassertemperatur zu hoch ist. Und bei Anschluss an den EHEIM professional 5e Außenfilter kann die Geschwindigkeit für die Dauer der Speisenausgabe automatisch für 10 Minuten reduziert oder erhöht werden.
Im Gegensatz zum Standard-Futterautomaten verfügt der EHEIM autofeeder+ über ein Netzteil und ist nicht batteriebetrieben.
