Moins de LED, moins de consommation mais toujours autant d’efficacité 68 LED / 170 W pour cette génération 2020 contre 104 LED / 190 W pour l’ancienne génération. Philips améliore ses technologies pour un meilleur rendement et une consommation réduite. Malgré tout on éclairera toujours une belle surface. Philips recommande 1 CoralCare Gen 2 pour 80 x 70 cm.
Le besoin du corail en priorité
Le respect des besoins des coraux fait la force de Philips. En effet, le réglage se fait toujours sur deux canaux qui contiennent chacun un mélange de longueurs d’ondes bien choisies pour répondre aux besoins de la photosynthèse des coraux. Ainsi, quelque soit le rendu final choisi, il y aura toujours le minimum requis pour le bien être des coraux .
